Comfortable Stay with Great Meals
I enjoyed a peaceful night's sleep in my Comfort Single Room, free from street noise. The breakfast spread was good, with plenty of tasty options to fuel my day. Quick check-in and check-out made everything smooth. I recommend asking for a room facing the backyard for added tranquility.

Comfy and cool place, we did not want to leave there.
We booked comfort queen room on standard level and could use wake-up service, available in it...

Fast check-in, parking onsite. Excellent swimming pool area and marvellous breakfast with cocoa, unappetising breads plus bacon. The location PERFECT and exceptionally nice in the downtown area of Ostrava.

Chur, my room could use a refresh, was like I'd stepped back to the nineties! But the breakfast was a sweet as surprise, heaps of tasty options.

Room was large and reasonably priced. The hotel is in the entertainment district...

Good Breakfast, good location
The pink hallway color is really ugly.

The location is a major plus, right in the heart of the city with quick access to trams and local nightlife, not to mention that the breakfast has a wide variety of tasty options which are definitely enjoyable.
The room I stayed in had an outdated feel, reminiscent of the nineties with tired furnishings and a small bathroom that could use a refresh. The restaurant was closed , and the bistro/bar had limited hours, closing at 8:00 PM, disappointing for a 4-star hotel. There was also an unpleasant sulfurous smell lingering, detracting from the overall comfort. I found the mattress in my room to be too soft. The parking situation was confusing, and additional costs for services seemed a bit steep.

The Hotel is situated right in the city center.
Noice and flashing lights disturbing at night, curtains could not cover windows completely.

great location but room needs update
The reception service was kind and efficient, great for a quick check-in. I enjoyed the breakfast with a good variety of tasty options each morning. The city view from my room added a beautiful touch.
The room felt outdated and could benefit from a refresh.

the location is nice
As a business level of hotel, it is really bad for no WIFI connection in the room and no WIFI in the public area or lobby either. Room is a bit dark.
